The Best Crust Punk Jacket

The Best Crust Punk Jacket

Customized vests are making the rounds lately through Indie-seller sites like Etsy and are even starting to be seen as bastardized versions at outlets like Urban Outfitters.

But this here is the real deal.

Built over a decade from a local Vancouver Artists personal collection, it carries it’s own vibe and tells a history of growth and personal evolution. It is truly a piece of art and local Vancouver punk history with nothing else in the world quite like it existing.

Check out the pictures included for yourself, there’s lots of inspiration and raw expression throughout.

Would fit up to a size large best, but with legit punk jackets it’s more of a personal fit than anything.

Current price is $249.00

Vintage 1960’s Punk Jacket

Vintage 1960’s Punk Jacket

…And I do mean punk. This thing is absolutely thrashed and absolutely beautiful. A little slice of rocker history, complete with hand-painted demonic back piece, stapled-together tears, junk metal decorations, patches and pins. Beaten, stepped on, ripped and stitched back together, this jacket has a…

Feel Lucky, Punk?

Feel Lucky, Punk?

The title is a bit of misdirection. That’s because “Feel Lucky, Doom/Black Metal-lover?” doesn’t have a very good ring to it. Although come to think on it, someone into punk could wear this vest too, I mean,  punk vs metal kinda flew out the window…

Fluevog “Safety Vogs” engineer boots

I didn’t even know Fluevog made these kinda suckers. Did you? No, wait, I checked, and they don’t make them any more.

The boots inform me that they’re “Safety Vogs”. Holy high-shine patent leather red accents fancy steel-toed boots, batman! Lined in soft tan leather, these boots are broken in nicely, but young enough that the soles are in great condition and you can still read perfectly all the things that John Fluevog says to his customers on the sole of his boots.

Fancy! Wear them straight off the bike and into the party.

Size: men’s 8, women’s 9.5 or 10.

$159 (srsly)

Is the wearer of these boots nekkid?

Answer:   Probably not. So… about these boots, shown standing fetchingly on the sidewalk outside the store: Getta Grip hot black leather steel-toe lace-ups. Made in England. Sturdy, comfortable, heavy. The soles are screwed on (neat, huh?) When we’re talking about the British Invasion, these are…
