While we have never been officially an online store (due to having only *one* of any particular item, which is also live on the sales floor) we have sometimes been persuaded to send a dearly desired item afar. 🙂
I’m afraid that during the winter we have to stop this entirely, as we’re quieter in general, and so have less staff available, and so do not have the time to find a thing, measure, describe, take pics, send pics, discuss by email, pack it, label it, and send — all while taking in consignment and helping shoppers in the store.
We really have our hands full, and our priority *has to be* the folks who are standing in front of us in the store.
