How it Works

Step 1: Access the Consignor Portal

There are two ways to access your Consignor Portal:

  • Click the link directly in this email: https://rerides.consigncloud.com/ 
  • Visit the Re Rides website: Go to https://rerides.ca/pages/consignment and look for the "Consignor Portal" login section.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

  • On the login page, enter the email address associated with your consignor account

Step 3: Receive Your Temporary Password

  • After entering your email address, you will receive an email from ConsignCloud with a unique, one-time password.

Step 4: Log In with Your Temporary Password

  • Return to the Consignor Portal login page.
  • Enter your email address again.
  • Enter the temporary password you received in the email.

Step 5: Set Your Permanent Password

  • Upon successful login, the system will prompt you to create a new, permanent password for your account.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to set your desired password.

Step 6: Explore Your Consignor Portal

  • Congratulations! You've successfully accessed your Consignor Portal. Now you can explore all its features, including:
