Our return policy differs depending on item type. Please read on for detailed information regarding our return policies and the return process.

CONSIGNMENT ITEMS

All consignment items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Due to their pre-loved nature, consignment items may have slight imperfections due to previous wear. We encourage you to reference our Condition Chart before purchasing, as we have categorized the different levels of wear found on our consigned items. Descriptions and photographs at multiple angles are provided to ensure the most accurate representation of each item. All consignment listed online is also available in-store. “RETAIL” ITEMS

Retail, non-consignment, items are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or shipment receival. We do not offer refunds. For your return to be accepted, and for a store credit or exchange to be issued, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging and tags enclosed.Please note that sale items, gift certificates, and leather care products are final sale and are not eligible for return. Likewise, shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Returns can be processed in-store or by mail - according to your preference.

RETURNS BY MAIL

Send us an email at info@rerides.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.Front & Company will contact you within 1-3 days with return instructions, a return confirmation number, and return mailing label.You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURNS IN-STORE

Within 14 days of receiving your order, bring your items to be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to our 221 E 16th Ave. Present your original invoice to the cashier.An exchange or credit note will be provided if the item(s) meet the appropriate return criteria.
