All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, which includes both consignment and retail items, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
CONSIGNMENT ITEMS:
All consignment items are final sale. These items are pre-loved and may exhibit slight imperfections due to previous wear. We strongly recommend reviewing our Condition Chart before purchasing, as we categorize the different levels of wear found on our consigned items. Detailed descriptions and photographs from multiple angles are provided to ensure the most accurate representation of each item. All consignment items listed online are also available in-store. RETAIL ITEMS:
All retail, non-consignment, items are also final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
